About the Role

As a Visual Merchandiser, you are a key person in the store management alongside the store manager and assistant store manager. You are responsible for ensuring that the store's visual expression is inspiring, sales-driven, and in line with our central concepts.

You work operationally in the store with a focus on sales development, customer satisfaction, and campaign execution. The work is carried out according to the principle Day–Week–Month, where you combine daily presence with follow-up and planning of seasonal shifts and campaigns.

Your Responsibilities

You will among other things:

• Ensure that concepts, guidelines, and campaigns are implemented correctly in the store
• Plan and execute product placement that maximizes sales
• Follow up sales data and optimize displays based on results
• Introduce and support employees in visual standards
• Ensure that the store maintains a high and inspiring visual level
• You are both creative and business-minded – you see what is beautiful, but also what sells.

Who Are You?

We believe that you currently work as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar role within retail.

You:

• Have education in Visual Merchandising/store communication
• Have experience in visual work and store operations
• Are used to working with KPIs and sales follow-up
• Are structured, solution-oriented, and take initiative
• Are an engaged team player who inspires others
• You are driven by results and customer experience – and have a genuine interest in plants and seasonal opportunities.

Employment Information

• Employment Type: 50%, permanent (trial period may apply)
• Location: Helsingborg
• Start Date: By agreement
